Call for abstracts 

Would you like to share your projects or feedback with a community committed to co-design the city of tomorrow? You have come to the right place!

Find out here all the steps you need to take to submit your abstract and take part as a speaker at the Novatech 2026 conference.

You have the possibility to submit one or more abstracts until December 5, 2025, deadline for submissions.

1. Content of your abstract

In order to meet the selection criteria, your abstract must:

Your abstract may be written in French or English. It will be published online (unless instructed otherwise in your form).

The first page should include a summary in both languages. We ask for abstracts from 2 to 4 pages (to ease the reviewing process and give you the opportunity for scholarly publication elsewhere) .

Depending on the selection process, you will be offered the option of presenting your paper as an oral presentation or as a poster. You can specify if you only want a poster presentation.

2. Submit your abstract

By clicking on the “Submit an abstract” button below, and then simply complete the form that appears, remembering to attach the full text of your paper (2 to 4 pages maximum).

Special sessions:if you are involved in a start-up project or are participating in an educational program, please indicate this on the form.

Once your form has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your abstract has been successfully registered. It will also contain a link allowing you to modify your details and those of your abstract until the submission deadline.
